Q: What is required on my server?
A: You just need any version of PHP running on it. (99.9% of servers have this) and you need an FTP program (there are many free) to upload a folder to it.
Q: Can I change the logo?
A: Yes, you can have ONE logo set up.
Q: My logo isnt showing up right, whats wrong?
A: All logo files need to be no bigger then 100px in height. If its any larger, it will display over your pictures or cut off part of the logo.
Q: Do I have to resize my images?
A: Yes, you need to resize your images, we provide a free Photoshop script for this. Its located on the right menu of the Album Proofer product page.
Q: Do you have a video showing clients how to login and use the Album Proofer?
Yes, you can download this video, brand it how you like and upload it to YouTube or something similar. It is HD quality so it looks fantastic on Youtube.
