Batch apply actions to your layout

Select all of your images you want actions applied to

You can choose to select as many imags as you want, as long as at least one is selected.

Select "Apply Actions" from the album builder palette

Click the "Apply Actions" button on the album builder palette.

1 - Select your action set and action.
2 - Click Use Action

Selecting Multiple Actions

The actions selection allows you to apply multiple actions across all of your selected images.
1) Selet the Action Set from the acion set drop down.
2) Select the action you want to use from the actions drop down.
3) Click "Select Action" to add the action to your queue. As you select actions, the "Action Selected" field will show how many actions you have selected.
4) If you need to you can remove the last action added.

Creating an action preset

Creating an action preset is a time saving option. You can save your action queue as a preset for later use.
Select the the actions you want to use, click "Add Preset". A preset dialog box will pop up, prompting you to enter a name for your preset. Enter the name and select "Ok". Your preset is now saved for later use. Select it from the preset drop down and click "Use Preset" to use your preset.

Remember, your presets run across the entire suite of products.
