First things first, open Photoshop CS3.
Opening Album Builder
In Photoshop CS3, the only way to use Album Builder is to open it through the "Actions" Panel. Click " Window > Actions " to open the Actions Panel.

Inside of your Actions panel, you should a button labeled "Album Builder". Underneith that, you will see all of the Fundy Album Builder Controls. The CS3 version has the same features as the CS4 and CS5 versions, without the palette. NOTE if your Actions panel does not look like the one above, you need to put it button mode. Move on to the next step to see how.
Putting your Actions panel into "Button Mode"
To put your Actions panel into button mode, simply click the panels menu button located at the top right of the panel. In the pop out menu, click "Button Mode". Now your panel should look like Step 3.
